Originally titled Sepir Ha Yasher in Hebrew, which translates to the 'Book of the Upright' or 'the Upright or Correct Record'. It is important to note that 'Jasher' was a misinterpretation of 'Yasher', as the Hebrew term 'ha' never precedes proper names.
